This year's festival will include a petting zoo, pony rides, pumpkin decorating, face painting, live music, balloons and vendors.
There will be a costume parade for children 12-years-old and younger, will begin at 2 p.m. in front of Capital One Plaza. Goodie bags will be available for the first 200 children at the parade.
A chili and chowder contest will also take place in conjunction with the festival.
Hosted by the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce's Business Promotion Committee.
Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, the Patchogue Business Improvement District and Bridgehampton National Bank.
